The location was marvelous! It was close to both the Central and Queen Street stations. I received a warm welcome from a kind lady, she showed me the room and shared all necessary information. When I mentioned I had to leave before breakfast, she offered to leave something for me. I greatly appreciated that gesture. The room was lovely and very clean.
The old windows did not block much noise from the street. I heard conversations throughout the night.

I found the staff to be helpful . I enjoyed the provided continental breakfastwith a good selection. The location is central, made exploring the area easy. I was given PIN code access, convenient for late returns.
The plug situation in the room could be better. There was only one usable power socket.
